Junior coaching: next steps

TYP Tennis School handles coaching groups. When enquiring, include your child’s age, tennis experience and possible coaching times. This helps TYP identify a suitable activity. Ask them directly about availability, dates and conditions.

Our sports and junior officer answers questions about teams and development support. Coaching, team selection and support are separate matters. Club membership or registering for coaching does not automatically qualify a player for support. Discuss the requirements with those responsible.

The published junior development programme helps you prepare. Note any questions before getting in touch. For young players who do not wish to compete, enjoying regular tennis remains just as important.
